Accommodation

  

The Conference organisers have made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city centre. The organisers have secured hotel accommodation in Aalborg at extremely favourable prices. In order to obtain the specified prices, reservation must be made through the online registration.

 

The hotels are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

 

Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure. All room prices are per room per night and include VAT, breakfast and free Internet access.
 

After 15 August 2012 we cannot guarantee hotel availability.

 

All official hotels are located within walking distance of the city centre of Aalborg. The hotels are connected to the main conference venue at UCN Mylius Erichsens Vej by a free shuttle bus service. Find more information about the shuttle bus service here.

Our conference bureau: KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your online registration and full payment. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.

 

Change of hotel reservation

If you wish to change your hotel reservation, date of arrival or date of departure, we ask you kindly to contact KongresKompagniet and not the hotel.
