User status and renew
Renew
In order to renew your loan you must use the number at your library card (cpr. no.) and your 4-digit pin code in order to log on.
If you have forgotten your pin code you must contact the library.
You can renew your loans up to 10 times, if the material is not reserved to someone else. If you have received 2 recall notice on the material the only way of renewing it is by contacting the library staff.

Renew via SMS
If you are signed up for the library’s SMS service you also have the opportunity for renewing your materials via SMS.
Check your loan status
When you log on with your pin code you can see which books you have loaned, reserved and ordered. You can check if you owe a debt to the library, you can open/change your e-mail address and change your pin code.
