Application Forms
Erasmus/exchange Students
In order to study at UCN Technology and UCN Business as an ERASMUS/Exchange student, you need to fill in the following forms:
- Socrates/ERASMUS/Exchange Student Application Form
- ECTS Learning Agreement
- Accommodation Request Form (provided you want UCN to assist you in accommodation provision arrangement)
- Pre-arrival form
You can find the courses and ECTS at the website under the specific programme. Please note that it is not possible to mix courses from different semesters and different progammes. All students need to follow the full programme and obtain the 30 ECTS that the semester offers.
You may only complete an application form if your home university has an Erasmus agreement with UCN. If you are unsure, please consult the International Office of your home institution.
Please ensure that you complete the forms clearly in block capitals.
Deadlines
Application forms must be sent in due time before the start of your intended study period. The deadlines are:
- 1 May
- 1 November
each academic year. You can expect to have the final answer 4-5 weeks after the deadline.
Semester start dates
Spring term: 1 February - 30 June (for all programmes)
Autumn term: 1 September - 31 January (for all programmes)
We recommend you arrive in Aalborg a couple of days before the beginning of your exchange studies. This will enable you to get to know your surroundings and UCN's facilities before the semester starts.
