Each semester has a theme that provides the basis for the programme together with integrative exercises and assignments.

Core subjects
Focus on those study areas connected with overall planning and erection of family homes as well as an emphasis on construction details, building materials and process planning.
Core subjects
Focus on individual building components such as wood and concrete components for carcase constructions.
Elective subjects
The students must write a report in the construction or the planning and management area.
Following the 3 semester the student can opt to take the Building Technician Programme and graduate at the end of the 4rth semester (2 years) with an AP Degree which is equivalent to the first 2 years of a 3 year Bachelor Degree.

The 6th semester consists of an industrial placement either in an architect or engineering practice or with a building contractor.
The 7th semester consists of an elective assignment and the final Bachelor Project (dissertation).
