About the programme
- Computer Science
Computer Science is a short cycle higher education programme of 2.5 years’ duration.
Fields
The programme comprises the fields of:
- Programming
- System development
- Companies and technology
Please refer to the programme modules for a more detailed description of the academic fields.
Specialisation
On the 4th semester of the programme, you can specialise within one or more of the academic fields.
Internship
You will go on a 2.5 month internship in a company in Denmark or abroad. Find more information about your international possibilities at “Internship and Study abroad”.
Final exam project
The computer science programme is completed with a written exam project prepared in collabo-ration with a company.
A UCN characteristic
The computer science programme is developed in close collaboration with the business commu-nity. We only teach one subject a day and the programme features themes and projects.
At UCN - University College of Northern Denmark we have a challenging and interesting study environment with students from many different study programmes.
