The cafe

- At Lindholm Brygge

Health is the key word for our cafe. This means that every day you can enjoy home cooked dishes where smell, taste, colour, variation and seasons play a central part. The food is cooked from scratch and made with good, healthy ingredients and it’s our aim to live up to current dietary advice.

Cafe offers

Breakfast
Every morning we offer a breakfast table with different kinds of freshly baked bread, crossaints with and without chocolate, yogurt, cheeses, home-made marmalades and fresh fruit. Furthermore, you can enjoy cold and hot drinks such as milk, juice, mineral water, coffee and tea.

Lunch buffet

For lunch we have a delicious and varied salad buffet, cold and warm dishes, freshly made sandwiches and home baked bread.

Often, fish is served and every day you can enjoy delicious cheeses and home baked cake.

Always open

If you want to eat your lunchbox or just want to enjoy the beautiful view of the Limfjord and the city, you are always welcome in the cafe. You can also use the microwave ovens and the cutlery.

Get an influence on the café

As a student you can get direct influence on the café at your campus because you can join the café committee which consists of students and staff alike.

The committee meets once every three months to discuss matters that concern the operation of the café. This covers subjets such as the service, the price levels, collaboration, developing the café facilities, the food quality and the food selection.
