Further education experience

After achieving my AP Degree in Financial Management, I felt that I hadn’t finished educating myself so I decided to continue my studies at Aalborg University studying Economics & Business Administration.

Because I already had my degree in Financial Management, I got transfer credit for half of the Economics & Business Administration studies (1.5 years).

After graduating Economics & Business Administration, I decided to get a Master Degree at Aalborg University which means that today I am finishing my degree in International Business Economics.

A good starting point

My education in Financial Management was a good starting point for my further education. During the length of my Bachelor and Master Degree courses I have felt that the Financial Management has given me the necessary basis for developing further.

The teaching methods on Financial Management where you work in a problem oriented was also a good starting point since Aalborg University applies the same approach to teaching.

All in all I have been very happy with the course of my education and I have never regretted that I started by studying Financial Management instead of studying for the full length on the Economics & Business Administration programme.
