Great academically and socially opportunity

My name is Olga and I am currently studying a Marketing Management programme at UCN - University College of Northern Denmark. Since starting my course I have found life at my academy a great opportunity both academically and socially.

A friendly environment

When I first started I was worried how I would settle into life in a different country, however I have found all the staff I have worked with very friendly, and everybody helped me to settle in as quickly as possible.

The Danish studying process is much different compared to what I was used to when I studied in my home country; Ukraine. Work at UCN - University College of Northern Denmark is mainly done in groups where we work on group assignments. This is good as it improves our confidence and allows us the opportunity to share ideas. 

Well equipped facilities

UCN - University College of Northern Denmark offers students well equipped facilities in all aspects. The library has a wide range of books, and the computer services including the wireless internet are excellent. If I ever need help finding anything in the library the two librarians are very welcoming.

Life beside my studies

Getting the opportunity to study at UCN - University College of Northern Denmark allowed me to explore Aalborg - a great city. I have found the city to be a safe environment, well fitted out with a good variety of shops, and the night club is superb especially as it is basically on my doorstep.

I am very happy with my time at UCN - University College of Northern Denmark so far, and I would recommend the academy to anybody interested in studying abroad.
