The programme comprises a compulsory part and an elective part. The elective part consists of a specialisation and an examination project. The compulsory part makes up 90 ECTS points and the elective part makes up 30 ECTS points.
The programme has been structured in a line of themes, cf. the figure below, which connect the different educational modules and ensure progression and transparency.
On the first semester you will focus on learning to learn and on the following semesters students are expected to show a higher degree of independence while lecturers will take on a supervisory role.

Service Industry: The focus of the theme is for the student to obtain a basic knowledge about the development and significance of the experience economy as well as practice-related knowledge about conditions in the service industry. Company: The focus of the theme is to provide the students with a holistic understanding of profitability and how to run a company. |

Strategy: The focus of the theme is to enable the student to plan the running of the service company.

Internship.
Company relations: The focus of the theme is to enable the student to enter into relations with the stakeholders of the service company with a special view to developing the company internationally |
4. Semester

Development: The focus of the theme is for the student to function as a discussion partner when developing innovative plans for a sustainable development of the service company and its employees. Final examination project. |
Subjects and modules are interwoven so that the students learn to apply all their skills and competences on a complex set of problems and not only on isolated single subject problems.
Incoming students therefore have to follow all activities of a semester, meaning they have to follow all 30 ECTS of one semester - students cannot be exempt from single subjects or mix subjects from different courses and different semesters.
