Happy to be here

- Lina Gurskaite

I am a girl from Lithuania, studying Service, Hospitality & Tourism Management at UCN - University College of Northern Denmark.

As I am very satisfied with studying here, I want to share my thougts and experience with you.

Studying here is not hard, we are being tought to work in groups, writing projects and doing research.  I think this is a good way of teaching because these abilities will be useful in the future.

Teachers and all the staff are very supportive and friendly, and the atmosphere is very informal.

Friends from all over the world

That's really great because by now I have already improved my English, and I have started to attend Danish language courses.

I am enjoying life here, in Aalborg, because it offers plenty of attractions and entertaiments especially for students, for instance shopping streets, Student House, Cinema, Central park, and the most popular Jomfru Ane Gade - pubs street, where you can relax, dance, or just meet your friends.

In conclusion I will repeat, that I am very satisfied with studying here.
