This profile was selected on the basis of express and expected demands by the business com-munity for competences in the future work force at all levels. It is thus UCN Technology and UCN Business' goal that graduates live up to this profile. The creation of the profile is the main goal in our learning approach and the organisation of the course of study programmes.

Achieving the profile of ”The whole person” is independent from your choice of study programme and reflects UCN Technology and UCN Business’ vision that our graduates should be able to ”put knowledge to good use”. As players in the business community, graduates from UCN Technolo-gy and UCN Business should be characterised by their special and recognisable profile.
“The whole person” denotes a person able to combine knowledge, personal and social skills, creativity and initiative and put all these elements to use in a way that creates value. This way, “The whole person” possesses good balance between disciplinary and personal development.
