Erasmus /Exchange - going abroad 

- Erasmus / Exchange application procedure

University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) has an Erasmus / Exchange Charter which allows us to send Danish and international students abroad on either:

1) study abroad or

2) placement abroad

The two types can be taken separately or combined.

You can find the application forms at the Intranet under "International Office".

Deadline

The deadline for applying to both types of stays are the 1 March for students going abroad in the autumn semester and 1 October for students going abroad in the spring semester.

Provided the number of students going abroad on internship match the number of scholarships available, we can give approx. 250 Euro per student per month. Regarding study abroad only a few selected students will receive an Erasmus / Exchange grant - approx. 250 Euro per student per month.

The abroad periods may not extent your studies at UCN Technology and UCN Business, therefore you are supposed to get full credit (ECTS points) for your stay. Therefore, UCN Technology and UCn Business has to approve your placement contract, and your learning agreement.
