Erasmus / exchange grant

If you are student, enrolled in a formal programme of study at UCN Technology or UCN Business, have successfully completed at least the first year of your studies, and have never benefited previously from the Erasmus / Exchange programme, you are eligible for the Erasmus grant.

The grant is intended to offset the additional costs of mobility, such as travel costs, foreign language preparation where necessary, and a higher cost of living in the host country.

How much?

The amount of funding given to students varies according to the country of their placement and the duration of their stay.

The grant amount varies in size from year to year. Please contact the International Office for calculation of the size of your grant.

The Danish UCN Technology and UCN Business students in receipt of grants and/or student loans (SU) should continue to receive them as though they were at UCN Technology and UCN Business.

Tuition fees

It is a condition of the Socrates programme that no fees are payable to the host institution. Where appropriate, normal fees are payable to the home instittution.
