Christmas party
All students are invited to buy tickets to join an amazing Christmas party with music and a great festive atmosphere. Come and taste loads of Danish Christmas dishes warm and cold, and experience how Danes celebrate the arrival of Christmas.
Study programme events
In addition to that, the individual study programmes host different events, talks and parties during the academic year. You can see some examples under the descriptions of the study programmes’ study environments.
Bowling:
Aalborg has several bowling alleys and tradition has it that the ERASMUS students challenge each other to a game of bowling at one of these venues.
Mountain climbing:
The past couple of years, the ERASMUS students have had the pleasure of pushing their own limits by climbing one of Denmark’s highest climbing walls (20 metres) in the Nordkraft house of culture at the heart of Aalborg.
Boat trip:
A beautiful and exciting way to see Aalborg and Nørresundby is by going aboard the old navy ship which was previously used in WWII for laying mines along the shorelines of Denmark. Today, it is in service for taking tourists and others on sailing trips up and down Limfjorden along Aalborg and Nørresundby. This is also one of the annual events that the ERASMUS students are enjoying.
