The cafe

- At Sofiendalsvej

Health is the key word for our cafe. This means that every day you can enjoy home cooked dishes where smell, taste, colour, variation and seasons play a central part. The food is cooked from scratch and made with good, healthy ingredients and it’s our aim to live up to current dietary advice.

Cafe offers

Breakfast
Every morning we offer a breakfast table with different kinds of freshly baked bread, cheeses, sliced meats, home-made jams and marmalades, cereals and dairy products, fruit and cold and warm drinks such as milk, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Lunch buffet

For lunch we have a delicious and varied salad buffet, three kinds of cold cuts or spreads with condiments and/or toppings, one kind of fish, sandwiches, cheeses, the hot dish of the day and freshly made bread.

Cake

On Wednesdays we have freshly baked cake.

Friday brunch

On Fridays the cafe offers brunch. This means that you can enjoy anything from small sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, fruit, cake, cereals and dairy products, cheeses, home-made jams and marmalades and of course different kinds of freshly made bread.

Get an influence on the café

As a student you can get direct influence on the café at your campus because you can join the café committee which consists of students and staff alike.

The committee meets once every three months to discuss matters that concern the operation of the café. This covers subjets such as the service, the price levels, collaboration, developing the café facilities, the food quality and the food selection.
