With a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management you have the opportunity to become one of tomorrow’s team players in the construction industry. You will be able to negotiate the construction project and manage the process from conception through to completion. Your areas of expertise will be the science of architecture, building design and construction and in your work you form the link between concept and construction.
Architectural technologist and Construction Managers’ find employment in architectural and consulting engineering practices, building contractors and manufacturers of building materials. Their programme of study, however, also qualifies them for jobs in any organization connected to the industry, for example: national and local authorities, housing associations, insurance firms; trade organizations; education and training; as well as having their own company.
