About the programme

A 2-year AP degree in Hospitality, Service & Tourism Management takes its point of departure in relevant and up-to-date business practises of hospitality, tourism and sport sector as well as reflects the latest research and theory in the field. The graduate will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necesary to successfully participate in daily operation of a service enterprise.
 

The programme is designed for those wanting to gain knowledge of business practises in the service sector, cultural studies, innovaton, customer relations and sustainable development. It boosts interpersonal skills and prepares the students to effectively interact in management teams and work with customers of various educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Programme structure

The programme consists of compulsory and specialisation modules and features a 13-week work placement in Denmark or abroad. Training is arranged in cooperation with the business sector supplemented by field trips, guest lectures, study trips and projects for specific companies. The students also choose their own study route.
